Healthy recipes: This is how you make this delicious salad with dry fruits

Tired of chewing dry fruit? Make it a delicious salad.

Servings: 4

For the salad:
40 g dried plums
40 g dried apricot
50 g almonds (soaked and peeled)
30 g walnut
40 g dried figs
50 g organic quinoa
50 g barley
40 g mix fresh mint, parsley and dill
80 grams goat cheese
5 g linseed
6 g maldon salt
2 g salt
5 g crushed black pepper

For the dressing:
10 ml red wine vinegar
10 ml walnut oil
20 ml olive oil
3 g crushed black pepper
Salt to taste

For the dressing:
* Stir together red wine vinegar, walnut oil and olive oil.

* Add salt and ground black pepper, check the spices.

For the salad:
*Bring 400 ml of water to the boil, add quinoa and salt. Let the mixture simmer until the quinoa is cooked. Drain excess water and put it in the fridge.

*Take another pan of boiling water. Add salt and cook the barley until it softens. Drain excess water and put it in the fridge.

*Slice plums, apricots, walnuts, figs and fresh herbs.

*Toss together quinoa, barley, dried fruit, goat cheese, flaxseed, fresh herbs, maldon salt, black pepper, and dressing.

*Transfer to a salad bowl and serve.
